The room was spacious, and the staff were amazing, plus having a safe box, minibar, and central heating was a great bonus.

The staff here were attentive and always on the go, while the room had a good amount of space and came with air conditioning to keep you comfortable. 😊

Excelent location. Nice swimming pool. Usually very quiet. Near restaurants, a shopping mall and cinema. Close to the river and not far from city centre. Nice staff and excellent restaurant below. Badajoz is a hidden gem for a lot of people, and I'm glad this hotel exists.

Prices can quadruple (from around 50 euros to 150 or 200) during busy hollidays. Not sure if it is because of the fantastic casino and designer hotel just besides (possibly much more expensive, but not necessarily better).

hotel was no less than expected. It was perfectly clean and there was some gel and a bar of soap. food in the cafeteria is fine and kitchen hours are long.

The reason for my stay was to have an opposition exam the next morning. so I indicated as a comment that a room away from noise was possible, I arrived. room I had been given was the last one in the corridor on the second floor and window looked out onto the parking lot, I thought it was a great location for rest and study. However. what was my surprise when in the middle of the night a car alarm began to sound that was supposed to be parked right under my window and it didn't stop for a couple of hours, I kept calling the front desk where I got no answer. I set out to get down but at 5 o'clock the noise stopped. Sleepy night destroyed. I also asked for the possibility of a late check out so that my partner could stay in the hotel while I was taking my exam and they answered with a resounding no indicating that the hotel was full the next day and that the charge would be 86 euros. charge that I did not plan to pay for a couple of hours of room use. Besides. there is no elevator from the parking lot and that should be indicated since you have to climb several long flights of stairs to get to the reception,

The hotel is very well located, near a shopping mall and restaurant area, and not far from the city centre.

It still looks a nice hotel, but there is definitely an early 90's look to the place, that could be changed a bit, very easily.

The hotel is clean and offers perfect accommodation. It is located near the center of the old town, the outskirts, and the business area. There are plenty of options for breakfast.

The hotel was adequate, room was large with good en-suite, beds comfy.Breakfast was included and good value for money. Parking in front of hotel in a service road was OK

The hotel had very bad soundproofing, the windows were single glazed, the boarded laminate floors were noisy and the other guests showed little respect late at night. We could hear other guests using the bathrooms.

It was not expensive. There is a good restaurant right bellow the hotel, open until late hours. Near city centre and some good restaurants. The fact that it has a free parking lot. The TV had RTP1 and Sic. Spacious room.

The bathroom floor wasn't very clean. We were given a room that looked to the main avenue, and since the hotel is near a hospital, we heard dayly the noisy passage of ambulances almost beneath our window, enhanced by the fact that it was broken and never closed... The reception staff when we arrived was a bit unpleasant. They should have warned in the site that the pool was closed and empty. Beds not very comfortable.

Nice pool, parking onsite. Large and outstanding unit for a 16m2 twin bedroom. Location just next door to a large roundabout, other good restaurants, and the pedestrian bridge that leads to the centre of Badajoz.
